Bob Moss lives in Ballydavid and is an avid surf and shore angler
with numerous specimen fish awards to his name. He has been fishing
the length and breadth of the Dingle Peninsula for well over 30
years.
I purchased Bob's first book, "A Guide to Shore Angling on
the Dingle Peninsula", about 3 years ago and its payed for
itself numerous times over. I only have a week or so in Dingle every
year I always want to try new marks but the last thing I want to
do is waste a day somewhere fishless or worse still, unsuccessfully
walking along miles of headland unable to find a pathway down to
the sea! To this end, the book has been invaluable.
The second book, "The Third Breaker", covers the techniques
involved in fishing the marks covered in the first book, including
bait presentation, rigs, knots and plugging amounst other things.
